Where technically feasible, you may also request that your Personal Data be transferred directly from the Company to another data controller. 13.8 Right to Object You have the right to object at any time to any processing of your Personal Data that is based on the legitimate interests of the Company or a third party. This right is not limited to profiling carried out on the basis of those legitimate interests. If we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing that override your rights, freedoms, or interests, or that are necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims, we may continue to process your Personal Data. With regard to direct marketing, you have the right to object at any time to the processing of your Personal Data.

13.9 Right to withdraw consent You may withdraw your consent to our processing of your Personal Data at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out prior to that point. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority — specifically, a supervisory authority established by a member state to protect the fundamental rights of individuals in connection with the processing of Personal Data within the European Union. As detailed in this Section 13, applicable European Union and member state laws may limit your rights in relation to your Personal Data.

Under Section 13 of this agreement, we will provide the information you request within one month of receiving your request. Where necessary, this period may be extended by up to two months, depending on the nature and volume of requests. If an extension is required, we will notify you within the first month, along with the reasons for the extension.
